As the 2nd son of a self proclaimed "Home Cook Extraordinaire", Brian has found his own lane, but it's not in the kitchen, it's behind the grill. Having learned at the side of his father , Brian has mastered the art of grilling and even taken it to the next level with a forth coming line of signature marinades, rubs and sauces. Pit Boss "Famous Amos" Has become somewhat of a local celebrity in the Inland Empire and his Ribs have become synonymous with that tender, fall off the bone, sweet and spicy flavor we all look for in a rib.
