It's this spirit our Pit Boss channels into every dish. His famous ribs are not just food—they’re a nod to tradition, creating new memories for today's generation.

Our journey transition from cooking together in the family kitchen to providing pick up and delivery service during the pandemic. Since then, prayer, determination and a love for sharing our authentic BBQ has grown The Uncommon Kitchen into a beloved destination for BBQ lovers across the Inland Empire. Currently, you can find us at various pop-up locations throughout Riverside County, but KEEP CALM—our home restaurant in Menifee is under construction, and we can’t wait to welcome you soon!
